Notice Inviting Revised Tender for the
Supply of Poly-Pallets for Foodgrains Storage

Two bid sealed tenders are invited by the Chairman and Managing Director of the Tamilnadu Foodgrains Marketing Yard Ltd, Madurai (TFMY) up to 3-00 PM of   10-07-2008 for the Supply of Poly-Pallets [LDPE food grade 100% virgin material] (initially 8000 pieces) for Foodgrains Storage as per IS-13664 : 1993 and subsequent amendments.

Tender documents containing terms & conditions and specifications for the above can be had from the office of the TFMY up to 5-00 PM of 09-07-2008 on all working days on payment of Rs.1000/ = (Rupees thousand-non refundable) by cash or demand draft or at par cheque drawn in favour of Tamilnadu Foodgrains Marketing Yard Ltd, Madurai payable at any Nationalised bank, Madurai. The Tenderers should give their Technical bid and also Commercial bid separately. Only the tenderers who qualify in the Technical bid alone will be considered in the Commercial bid to be opened on a later date under intimation to the tenderer. The TFMY reserves the right to cancel / reject or partially accept any or all the tenders received or to waive of any condition of the tender without assigning any reason there of.
